Bookings
To confirm the room you must pay a deposit of €1,000. This deposit will become the security deposit which will be refunded within the month following check out.
We’re sorry but for privacy reasons you will find out when you check in.
The contracts are 11 months for the entire academic year or 5 months for a semester. If you need a shorter or longer stay, write to the reception team at laudeliving@beyoo.it and we will find the solution best suited to your needs.
Absolutely yes. For us at Beyoo, the community of students who live with us is our most important asset; for this reason, if you are already our guest and want to stay another year, you will have priority before bookings open to the rest of the market.
You must pay the deposit within 10 days of booking confirmation otherwise we will consider it cancelled. The monthly payment must be paid by the 21st of the previous month. You can pay with credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) on our platform or by bank transfer. We are a cashless building.
During the week you can check in between 2.00pm and 10.00pm on your first day of stay with us. On Saturdays and Sundays, check in will be possible from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm.

The building
It’s very easy. From the airport, take the Marconi Express to Central Station, then 10 minutes on foot. Or, if you have luggage with you, take bus 21 (Dopolavoro Ferroviario stop) or a taxi.
Laude Living Bologna offers studio apartments with private kitchenette and private or shared bathroom (for Twodios).
Each studio apartment includes, in addition to a kitchen and bathroom, a study area with desk, comfortable chair and shelves, a spacious wardrobe and a 120cm bed. and a table with two stools for dining.
In some rooms, the furnishings may vary slightly.

Day to day Life
Yes, you can receive one person at a time between 9.00 and 23.00; this person will necessarily have to register at the reception. Visiting people are not allowed to stay overnight.
From Monday to Friday, from 8.00 to 23.00, on Saturday and Sunday, from 10.00 to 18.00. Security is active outside these hours.
Small items with CE marking are allowed. No kettles, stoves or televisions larger than 22 inches are permitted.
We love pets but they are not allowed in the building, sorry for that.
You are responsible for keeping your room and common areas tidy. Housekeeping takes care of routine cleaning.
Yes, it’s the law. Bring five bins for your stay with us: Paper, Plastic, Glass and aluminium, Organic, Non-recyclable.
Inside the building, both in the common areas and in the rooms, smoking is absolutely prohibited. We have a smoking area outside.
Send an email or stop by the reception. Maintenance can take care of almost everything.
Small furniture are okay, as long as you let us know in advance.
No, but you can always order the kitchen kit, the bed kit and the bathroom kit from Unikit.
You can have them delivered to the Laude Living address. We will keep them at reception and you can collect them with the room number and name.
